“I had to buy an external Roku box because all of your apps refuse to update after one year Disney Apple they all say they're no longer supported by this tv. This is a ongoing issue when will it be addressed? I want a working UI not a monitor”

Rest assured, with a simple software update, your TV will support your favorite streaming apps including Disney and Apple TV. Please go to System > About > System update and download the latest software update. You can also go on the Hisense USA website https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/firmware-download, download the software update and manually re-flash the software with a USB drive.
