A:AnswerNo it doesn’t. The full expansion pack is required for the Gold upgrade and all levels unlocked. The Silver upgrade is half the expansion pack. The standard edition is very basic.
A:AnswerI'm only a quarter of the way in to the game and from what I've played it's pretty cool! and fun ! to pull off missions kind of challenging but still hilarious at times when you knock off your targets especially almost being caught at the last second. Yes I say that the game is in!
