“Does the Deluxe Edition for sure come with the Trinity pack if you Preorder? It does not show the bonus in your cart like with the standard edition and after chatting with Bestbuy they claim it does not but it is supposed to come with if you Preorder.”

If you pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, you should’ve received a separate email after the game shipped from BestBuy with the redeemable code to download the trinity pack. The redeemable code was not in the cart at time of purchase.
