• You can Pre-Order it all the way up till the release date. As that's what I did with another game, pre-ordered it the day before release.

• You can order it up until the release date of 2/7. If you're waiting until the last moment, I suggest purchasing before 9 pm PT on 2/6 as I've heard it releases digitally on 2/6 at 9 pm PT.
