Not sure if this was answered, but I'd reach out to their support. My cashier did not place an Email down when I asked for an email receipt. So, my code was planned to be sent to "EMAIL". Yes just Email, not my actual email, but the word EMAIL. For anyone having issues like this, your receipt (digital or physical) should state where your code is going to. If it doesn't list your email, then you gotta go back and ask for that code!! (or call their support...the store won't be able to give you the code)

The purchase was made online and it required me to enter my email address. In addition, I was charged for the game but it does not appear in my digital library. I would suggest getting a refund and searching for the game elsewhere. But maybe I'm missing something. There was no email sent in spam folder and I received no further instructions from Best Buy on how to access my title.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing happened to me, the digital code will not be shown on digital receipts if bought in-store. Codes or promised redemption emails seem to appear within 4 - 24 hours and not immediately, like you'd expect.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same issue. the code should be on your receipt, mine didn't have it and no email was received. Call best buy support, they can validate your purchase in about 5 minutes and send you the code via email again while on the phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should've received a digital download code to enter in at the Nintendo store from Best Buy in the confirmation email with your purchase. You need to contact Best Buy to resend or check your junk folder for the email. The game is great, so I hope you find your code.

You should have gotten it shortly after the purchase was made. Otherwise I would contact Best Buy. It wouldn’t show up in your digital library.
