No the Best Buy version only contains the first 3 DLC while Godmaster is a 1.7 GB download. If you want the full DLC on cart you’ll have to wait for the next batch of games from Fangsmer to arrive. The new sequel isn’t out and no clue on how they’ll handle the physical release of that.
