what size room does it work best in null

We have one in the bedroom and one in the main area of the house. I believe the box said it covers 225 sq dt

This air purifier works best in a room up to 310 square feet. Thank you.

We actually have 2 Holmes Air purifiers; 1 is in an 18’x 13’ master brdroom, the other in a 14’x 16’ bedroom. They work well in both rooms and I would think equally good in any smaller rooms. If you have a newer very open floor plan, you probably would need at least 2. We have the old white ones and they’ve worked fine for years. We bought this black one for our grandson who has allergies and it has helped him alot. His room is about 13’x18’. A big part of these working efficiently is to sweep filters and replace when necessary.
