I imagine it depends on the level of delivery that is free. Not sure if free haul away is part of the delivery service or the installation service. Best to ask a sales associate.

YES it's free delivery over a certain dollar spent... BEWARE the delivery men ruined our kitchen flooring and now the insurance underwriter denied our claim. Due to the independent company BOX BOYS, LTD lyeing about removing the broken refrigerator!
