Yes, you have to ask for delivery and installation and if you want the old one taken you must also ask for haul away service

Absolutely yes . They removed the box and placed it gentle in the my basement as i directed by me .

They will place it in the area where you'll be installing it - or wherever you want. But removal of packaging is part of their install service.

Yes. They took it out the box, plugged it in and put the door on as well. But will leave the box for you to throw away.
