no you dont need an account you could use a iPod or any radio station like pandora or iheart radio it would help if you did get account this way it can look stuff up for you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to have a Gmail account to do a set up , you don’t need a google music account to listen music, for example YouTube music coming for free when you buy Google Home, but you can listen others radios as well like Tune in etc
