Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From your Home app have you tried adding it (+)? If the vac is connected to the same wireless, it should show up. If you have a wireless extender make sure they are both on the same 2G or 5G . Hope your question has been answered by now.

You need to set up a account with the device manufacturer and log into that account. If there is an interface, Google Home will recognize and integrate. You will need both the Google Home and the Neato apps installed.
