Like every other WiFi device, you have to reconnect it to the new router. Open your Google Home App and hit the + sign to reconnect them.

If you change modems you may have to reset the speakers and reinstall the Google Home App. These speakers work and connect to each other using WiFi. The speaker has to be signed in again to the new modem and WiFi. The mobile device using the app also has to connect to the new modem.
