• I haven't tried doing that, but i can't see how there could be issues. Twio different devices on the same network... We do that every day with our laptops, phones, etc... Plus, the Alexa and Mini answer to different wake up commands, so there shouldn't be any confusion

• I don't see any reason why not. I have both, they are in the same room, on the same WiFi network. Since each has its own phrase to speak to it there are no issues at all.
