• Yes, you can. You just have to enable bluetooth pairing through the Google Home app in its speaker settings, under paired bluetooth devices or default speaker. Then you would connect from your laptop.

• No, you'll need a phone or tablet (Android/iOS) with Google Home app to set up. Might work on Chromebooks, haven't tried though.

• Probably not. You need the Google home app and i think it’ s not availiable on computers. Just phones and tablets
