• You need to download the home app on you phone to link your number and contacts, also it asks where in your home your Google mini is other then that you can ask it questions and conversate with it

• As long as your flip phone can connect to Wifi. The only way it works is if your phone and Google Home Mini are connected to the same Wifi connection.

• Unless you set it up with a smart phone it will only scream at you that it doesn't know or can't help. On the other hand that's actually better than the frustration you get if you do set it up, so sure.
