• Not from your phone but you can setup and make and receive calls from the mini or the home.

• Yes and no, as of the time of making this answer, you can ONLY make outbound calls. (October, 22, 2017) There is not inbound or receiving of phone calls at this time.

• You can now ask Google to call someone for you but it does not use Bluetooth so the good news is the call will not drop if you walk out of the room. The bad news is the person will not get called by your number. The receiver of the call will be called by a randomly assigned Google number. Soon you'll be able to send texts!
