• You can make separate rooms for both setup so they can manage things separately.

• Multiple accounts can now be used on just 1 Google Home. It was just recently upgraded to do that now. No need to buy a second unit.

• Yes, each Google Home would be connected to a separate email address. Starting this week, Google Homes can recognize multiple owner accounts.
