As far as I know, it responds to both OK Google and Hey Google. I've not seen anywhere in the app that allows you to change that. So far only have heard female voice without accent.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can only say, "OK, Google", or "Hey, Google" to activate the device. There are no different accents and only a female voice (I've not heard anything about future plans to add others, but it's entirely possible)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe you can rename the command from "Okay Google". You can also say "Hey Google" which if you have a smartphone is a good idea since the smartphone will also recognize the "Okay Google" as well. You cannot change the voice either.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can wake it by saying HEY GOOGLE or OK GOOGLE. Those are the only 2 choices. It is a female voice - no accent. I do not believe it is available in any language other than American English at this time.
