First I just want to state that a microphone is a microphone there is nothing special about a phone microphone. Beyond that there is no details or any information regarding the Google Home's ability to answer a phone call. I am going to assume that it will not be possible for a few reasons. One if it could they would have shown that feature off during the live unavailing. Two after looking through the specs I do not see anything about Bluetooth and I know it does not have a built in cellular connection so there is no way for it to be able to receiving a call directly or while links via Bluetooth to your phone. The best change you have of it answering a phone call is via google hangouts but based on the intended nature of this device I find that feature to be very unlikely as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.not yet, but hopefully soon
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Jordan, as of current no. You can't make phone calls either. When you try and tell Google Home to do anything that has to do with phone calls currently, it says it can't do that right now. So maybe Google will release that feature in the future? Not sure though...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. At the time no, but with future updates. Im sure calls and texts will be added, as well as multiple google account users.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont think it will out of the box. Google said would be able to in near future with an update, they are currently working on it.
