• I don't know if you can turn on/off a TV with Google Home, but you can control your TV if you have a Chromecast. which run between $25 and $35.

• The Harmony Elite with the Harmony Hub is what I am using and it is perfect... essentially you need any Harmony Remote that works with the Harmony Hub
