Will the google home work with the Wink Hub? null

Not yet directly. Google is going to add some more features and open things up in December 2016, and you may be able to tinker and get a workaround with IFTTT.

To allow the Google Home to work with your Wink Hub, you must first have the Google Home app if not already. Secondly, download an app named IFTTT on either the Google Play Store or the App Store. You then make a thing called an 'Applet' which you make the THIS part the Google assistant, and the THAT part, your wink hub/service. Hopefully this helps somehow.
