• From my experience you can set it up to turn your computer on and off.

• Nope. It's linked to your google account (and set up) through an app on your phone. for right now it's mainly for playing music, asking questions, checking weather/traffic, etc.

• The Google Home can't really control your computer per se but it can control many smart home devices.
