• Yes, you can play AMazon Music through the Google Home App using your phone with this speaker. It cannot do it natively however.

• The answer is kind of. Amazon Music won't work directly on Google Home, but you can play you're Amazon Music on your phone or computer and "cast" or use bluetooth to play Amazon Music on the Google Home. If you want a device that Amazon Music works directly on, I would look at the Amazon Echo products.
