• The product itself can't, but you can use a third party communicator such as IFTTT (If this then that) to prompt a trigger to have your google assistant dial someone with a phone when the trigger is prompted. For example, the trigger can be "Okay Google, I don't feel well" once that is said that can be the trigger for the Google Assistant to dial someone using the connected phone for emergency purposes. • You can set it up to find your phone using IFTT, and it's as far as it goes, it may be able to do another functionality using Autovoice via Tasker, but hasn't been released yet.

• As of right now, it does not support making any type of phone calls. Maybe in the future, but not now.
