To fill take to sink. There is a line that indicates maximum amt of water. Note: even with less water than indicated you will have water mess. The little door on top I’m assuming is for pedicure

You fill the spa with either a bucket or straight from the tub or sink. There is no official fill line but is is a marking inside that you can use as a measure point. The door on top multi purpose. You can rest your foot on it and it prevent the bubbles from spilling out. After you plug it in there is a push button that turns the foot spa on and off
