• It does have a two year warranty on Parts and Labor. I'd call the manufacturer.

• Probably can't repair it. They only last so long and then they wear out. Do not press hard on the back which will cause it to break. If you use this everyday like I do to keep my back in shape, you probably have to buy a new one every year or two.
