• I would say yes. It will at the very least help loosen up your muscles and hopefully alleviate the pain.

• I wouldn't think so. I took mine back for refund. Way too hard and painful to use. Did not help me. It made my neck worse.

• Possibly. It’s pretty aggressive kneading action with pretty intense vibrations. So if you’re starting with good muscular fitness level yeah but if you’re neck is kinda injured it would hurt worse.
