    • Answer Hi there, You may bolt the safe to the wall or floor to added theft protection and resistance to tipping, this has pre-drilled bolt-down holes in the back panel and in the floor. Hope this helps! -Joey

  • QuestionHow do you change the batteries for the key pad?

    • Answer Hi kidding, If the active code is unavailable or your keypad fails due to dead batteries, etc. you may open the safe using the Override access Key. The display screen will notify in advance if the batteries are LO-BAT and need to be replaced. The battery compartment is on the inside of the door. Insert 4 "AA" batteries and replace battery cover. DO NOT CLOSE DOOR before testing.
