These have washable filters that can be reused over and over. The machine has a light that comes on to let you know when the filter needs cleaned. I’ve had mine running non-stop for over a month and I haven’t had to clean it yet. There is an optional prefilter that can be replaced I think every 3 months or so but I don’t use it and don’t think it’s necessary.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The activated charcoal filters that I put in front of the HEPA filter are easily gotten at that giant online shopping place. I get a box of 6 good ones for 10 bucks. The HEPA's are about 15-20. How often depends on your room conditions.

The filter lifespan for the Honeywell - AirGenius 3 Air Cleaner/Odor Reducer will vary based on usage, Purification Level setting, and the environmental conditions.
