“My sister has one of these units but it’s water is full and I’ve tried to help her drain the condensation lines and it got filled again maybe five minutes later what would you suggest? Any help is greatly appreciated”

I've had one of these same exact unit for a number of years. I go months and only have maybe a half cup of condensation. And I'm in Houston. I am surprised that this is happening, unless there is something wrong with the unit or the way it's installed,
