“My machine stopped working after about 6 months. I left it for about 3 months and switched to a different outlet. It came on and worked overnight. I turned it off in the morning and it would not start that night or since then. Why is this happening?”

Please make sure the rear cover is firmly locked in place, try a direct wall outlet, and unplug the unit for 30 minutes before restarting.
