compatible both apps I use both app because one may say unavailable to connect to server check your wifi connection but I know it is not because I which it to Honeywell total comfort app. One of the other works Its the server problem not my wifi Yes thats why I use bought apps, overall Its ease just check on my phone don't have to climb upstairs.
