Yes to All of your questions. It has 4 programmable settings for each day, WAKE, LEAVE, RETURN,SLEEP and you set the time and temperature for each. Also this is a 7 Day programmable Thermostat which means each day can be set with a different schedule unlike some thermostats that can only be programmed for Weekday and Weekend.
