• The left side is the actual indoor temperature. The right side is the setting temperature (desired temperature).

• The left temperature is what the temp is in your house. The right temperature is what you have thermostat set to .

• Left side tells you actual current indoor temperature, right side indicates what the current setting is. If you want to illustrate for yourself , just press the UP arrow to adjust the setting by one degree, and the setting will change for the current timeframe you set, and stay until the next timeframe setting begins. (Temporary change only).
