• 900 watts on low and 1500 watts on high. Has Energy smart that uses low wattage once it reaches the set temperature which is lit up on the side of machine.

• It's 1500w. It is the best space heater to buy in the price range of 50 to 150 bucks easily. Deceptively is quite and does not really have a powerful fan or blower, but amazingly the end result is quick abundant heat that effects a whole 15x15' envelope. Absolutely smooth operating, never any sign of a power surge/drain cause by it kicking in and out. It wont burn you if you touch it's grill in operation. We have not tipped it over, so I have no idea of it's safety cut out if it is powered on and somehow becomes in a non-upright position. ,
