Hey Renter! Thanks for reaching out to us with this. We would be happy to help you get your Honeywell Smart Color Wi-Fi Thermostat unregistered from the previous user. At your convenience, give us a call at 1-855-733-5465 when you are onsite with the thermostat and we'll go through the unregistration process with you. It can take between 20-40 minutes and once it's complete you'll be able to get the thermostat registered to your account. We hope this helps!

Please try again later.I think all you need to do is get the Mac Id and 4 char code I would think it’s on the device or in the options some place It’s usually on a card with the unit but I am sure you don’t have that. All you have to do is get those 2 items and register it to your account
