“Can the fan's front grill be removed for easy cleaning? I have an older model of this fan which is 11 years old which the grill cannot be removed and it's beginning to play out. It's been a good fan so I decided to see if Honeywell still made them.”

not very easy, seems that just need long and thin Phillips screwdriver, although easier that previous model I had that had a couple of tamper proof screws...

Nope, but you can UNPLUG it, and hit it with a high pressure hose outside. Leave it to dry for at least 48 hours and it will be good to go.
