• Not easily. It doesn't come with pre-drilled holes. Tho I can't see any reason you couldn't put a screw through the base into the wall

• Yes! There 4 drill able points under the base but of course you will need a drill!

• yes is can be mounted on a wall. The base has slots for drywall screws.
