• There are instructions included. The gray bowl where the mist comes out.

• The center of the grey part that the vapor comes from. There's a small cup like space.

• There is a compartment on the humidifier for essential oils. See user manual

• There is a small reservoir on the top of the unit where the steam/mist exits where you place the oils. Cannot be used within the water tank.
