“The water doesn't pass down to the humidifier tank in the bottom. The spring in the bottom of the water tank seems to be working okay - it coils fine when pushed in. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? It's only a few months old. Thank you in advance”

I had the same problem. I found that the hard water residue had built up. Once I took it apart and cleaned all the residue out it worked again like a champ.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Might be an air bubble stuck in the throat. Try jiggling the tank to see if air bubbles up. I ease the tank slightly away from the tower and see bubbles rising in the tank.
