I bought this unit last month,have used it only twice. The red light comes on indicating no water within 5 mins of turning on the unit on either setting. I have cleaned the unit twice as per instructions and there are no scales on the heating element. null

Ensure the plunger is working and make sure the reservoir is getting air.
