“How do you receive a "Smart Alert" from the Honeywell RCHT8610WF2006 thermostat. Is it an Email or a notification through the Lyric app? I want to monitor the temp at our cottage... Thanks”

It is set up as a push notification on your phone from the app. You tap the three bars icon in the top left corner of the Lyric app, then click "Alerts and Notifications" and under "Thermostat Alerts" choose the High/Low Temperature and tap the Indoor Temperature Alert to enable it and choose your low and high temp alerts.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's through the app. You can set a low and high temperature. If the temperature at your cottage is outside of your specified range, then you will receive a notification. Email is not an option at this time from what I can see by using the app.
