• Oscillation of existing cool air when oscillator mode is engaged. It uses no refrigerant. It is not an A/C. A simple tower fan.

• This doesn't cool unless the room is already cool. Circulates hot air

• Why do people think these things cool the air? It's just a fan. Like all fans throughout history it just moves air. There is no refrigerant to remove the heat from the surrounding air.

• It cools a moderately and oscillate cool air from the window. It does remove the some of the heat better than the traditional fan.
