“The upstairs for my townhome will register in the upper 60's for humidity. If I place the this unit on the middle floor will it handle the upstairs as well or do I need to place where I'm having the issue? Home is 1,850 sq ft”

I would place it where the issue is … definitely upstairs where the humidity is the highest
