I'm not a plant person, so I can't say how this fan would help with them. My suggestion is to look into a portable air conditioner. They typically have wheels for easy movement and a conduit of some sort to blow the hot air to another location (e.g., outside the tent or through a window). They also come in different cooling ratings (measured in BTU, like regular air conditioners) so you can more easily get the correct size for your needs.
