“I got my hover freedom about 2 weeks ago and everytime I go to charge it it turns on when I put the charger in? Please help cause im not happy”

Hi Charlotte, We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Curise, and want to help. When plugging the charger into the unit make sure your vacuum is switched off.
