• Don't know, but nothing says you can't. Hoover cleaner is not that expensive (slightly less at Walmart) and we don't use that much.

• Do you carry Hoover floor plus concentrate, or any floor shampoo that is not solvent based.

• I would only use the Hoover cleaner as it's probably made specifically for that machine, but in using it, I don't see why another cleaner would not work.
