“Can this safely be used on strand bamboo floors?”

• Yes, I had to look up that flooring, Ha! Just follow the directions for hard wood floors and make sure you wipe to dry any remaining fluids. If floor installation was poor, with big gaps between boards so water would seep between and under the floor, than I would not use this hoover cleaner on these floors.

• Hi Juelz, I would recommend contacting the floor manufacturer. We recommend to use the FloorMate on sealed floors only. The FloorMate dispenses water directly onto your flooring. Hope this helps! -Giselle Hoover Customer Care
