“Are linoleum squares considered an unsealed surfaces? I'm considering purchasing a Hoover FloorMate and the description stated not recommended for unsealed surfaces. Thanks.”

• Hi, we have some floors that are covered with vinyl sections (bigger than tiles but similar principle. I find as long as I don't soak the floor much this machine works fine on them.

• Hi Iriszm0m! The FloorMate SpinsScrub is only recommended for sealed floor . Reason being the FloorMate sprays water on the floor. If there are any cracks, water will slip through which can cause floor damage through time. Hope this helps! -Giselle Hoover Customer Care
