• Check for clogs. Clean out cannister and blue filter pieces. Also look for clogs in long tube nozzle

• Hi - it has a 3 year warranty, have you called Hoover?

• It may be possible that it has a clog somewhere. Check and clean the rollers and the tube because the vacuum does have a feature to cut off in the event of a clog so that way it will not burn up the motor, Which is a great feature if you ask me. I do hope this helps and it solves your issue. Thanks

• it is still under warranty, send it for service please. it has a 3 year warranty

• You might want to be sure the battery was in the charger properly and got charged. Also check to ensure the connections aren't corroded or dusty. Good luck.
