Check for clogs. Clean out cannister and blue filter pieces. Also look for clogs in long tube nozzle

Check and clean the rollers and the tube because the vacuum does have a feature to cut off in the event of a clog so that way it will not burn up the motor, Which is a great feature if you ask me.
